Lyzanxia on tour with The Haunted

Lyzanxia sent us a tour report from their tour with The Haunted

" 21 shows, 10 countries, thousands of kilometers& a trip through time, a trip beyond madness. One month of following the sun, our heads bathing in decibels. For us this tour has been an incredible experience full of excellent encounters and bizarre tourism as well as unforgettable experiences of all kinds.

We had been waiting for it to start for over a month and our rehearsal room just got too damn small and felt like it got overpowered by the pungent stench of cadavers. Rats had invaded our space and it was time to get the hell out...
With our van busting at the seams because of all our gear and hitting the gas pedal like maniacs, we quickly arrived in Vosselaar, Belgium. We got to meet the crew, the bands, the bus& Bo Lund, The Haunted's soundman is gonna do our sound as well for the entire duration of the tour, its going to be fucking loud ! It looks like everything is gonna be just fine. First show, everything goes smoothly. Then we're off to France to play in Rennes where Franck encountered a technical problem with his amp from the minute he stepped on stage. Deprived of his guitar, he instantly became a singer only ! At least until the manager of the venue fixed the problem.

Poitiers : awesome welcome, badass weather and we're starting to feel truly in our element, the fun can really start. After over ten hours of driving, we arrived in Spain for the next three shows : Barcelona, Madrid and Bilbao. In Spain, it's hot, the audience is crazy and the alcohol is cheap. Bo learnt a French word : « Apéro » !
Now back to France for a show in Lyon. Sound limiters should be banned ! On the other hand everything was superbly organized !

Where Geneva was a great show with lots of friends in attendance and a fantastic venue (L'Usine) and an awesome audience, Will was the complete opposite ! Nothing else to add !

Budapest : the venue, the Kultiplex, is actually some kind of movie theater, a bar and restaurant&the perfect place to play. Especially when we're able to spend a couple hours at the Roman Baths, alternating 36 and 38 C degrees waters, hammam and sauna&to sum it all up the Hungarians are crazy !
Day off in Prague : Mojitos = 2 ¬ !! The RockStore seems to be THE Metal place in Prague and indeed the show kicks ass even though we're sweating like pigs in spite of the air conditioning !

One of the things we'll remember Poland for shall be the lap dances propositions we made to girls walking by the bus (check out video soon !!!), but unfortunately we were not very successful !
Germany here we come, last leg of the tour. Berlin, Munich, Bochum and Hamburg were some of our best shows on the whole tour. We'll fondly remember the Hamburg show when our bus was parked right behind rock band Good Charlotte's own bus ! It was a perfect occasion for us to drive their groupies insane as they were waiting in front of both buses not knowing in which bus Good Charlotte actually was ! Haha ! Go check out these live videos shot at the Molotow in Hamburg&it will give you an idea of what the evening was like.
